HOW TO GET A REFUND

We’re confident that you’re going to love our products just as much as we do! But you can of course send them back to us.

To return a KOADE product, please email us at hello@koade.co.uk and please add the subject heading ‘return request’ to your email.

You have 21 days from your purchase date to return your goods. 

Any purchases older than 21 days will not be eligible for a refund. 

We require proof of purchase to complete your return, this can be your name together with your order number and/or your purchase receipt/confirmation email.

All items must be unused and returned in original, unopened packaging. Return postage must be covered by you, the customer. 

HOW LONG
WILL IT TAKE?

Once we have received and inspected your purchase, we will notify you via email letting you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment and you will receive an email informing you of this. Please note, depending on your method of payment, it can sometimes take some time for the funds to appear back in your account.
